Our head brewer’s son announced he was getting married and we made an American Pale Ale to celebrate. It’s a crispy, medium balanced golden beer with some light hops sneaking through each sip. Use it to celebrate your own life events such as a wedding or finally cleaning out your garage.

If you’ve ever mowed a lawn in the hot Midwestern summer, you’ve known the desperate need for a beer when you’re finished. Lakehouse Lounger is a Lager-style beer designed to fulfill that desire. It’s an easy drinking beer with the flavor notes of your typical light beer which you currently have in your garage fridge.

Local legend tells us that as the leaves change and the harvest moon rises in the sky, something happens at the Red Rooster Brew Werks and Distillery. Our Cochin Bantam Amber Ale transforms into our Oktoberfest Marzen beer. Along with the malty dry finish, we’ve added liberty hops which adds a subtle woody flavor. It’s rumored that drinking this beer leads to a desire to dress in lederhosen and dance among the trees to the accordion and tuba along with your friends.

Imagine if you didn’t have questions about dark beers. Our Midnight Lounger makes it easy if you try. This dark lager goes down smooth like our Lakehouse Lounger but with the added flavor of toasted malt. Imagine all the beer drinkers with this one in hand, toasting the beauty of dark beers everywhere. We know we’re not the only ones.

Have you ever asked yourself, “I wonder what a blood orange would taste like if I soaked it in beer?” If so (and even if you haven’t) then our Chavah wheat is for you. Chavah is an American wheat beer soaked in blood orange with a twinge of raspberry. Local legend is that our taproom manager thought of it while watching a sun set over a Midwestern lake. While that may or may not be true, we think its the best way to enjoy this particular beer.

Feeling left out because you don’t “get” IPA’s? Our Peckerhead West Coast style IPA is designed to bring you into the fold. It won’t punch you in the face with hops, but rather invites you to walk a gentle path to a paradise full of golden flavor. When you get back, you can tell your hop headed friends about the sweet fruit and citrus flavor you experienced.

Can you say Niminy Piminy five times really fast? We recommend practicing everyday. At the end of each session, reward yourself with this smooth bodied American wheat beer that floods you with a shockwave of raspberry. Show off your newly acquired verbal ninja skills by sharing this beer with all of your friends.

The Bassomatic 2000 Extra Bitter Ale can’t slice and dish fish, but it sure is tasty. As a full bodied Extra Bitter English Pale Ale, the beer made with the perfect blend of golden malt and hop. We’re confident you’ll sip it and say, “Mmm, that’s good bassomatic.”

The Poets tell us Odin sacrificed his eye in order to find wisdom. We don’t recommend going that far. Instead, drink our Odin’s EYE-PA and seek wisdom in the hops. This classic West Coast IPA will lead seekers through a mystical taste experience of earthy spiced flavors ending with hints of pine.  We don’t guarantee enlightenment at the end of each beer, but you’ll certainly feel better about the journey.
