The Drinking with Lincoln trail is modeled after the historic Lincoln Heritage Trail. Journey along Lincoln’s trail through Illinois and stop at some of the best breweries & distilleries along the way. Travelers of the trail will stop at each destination to get their passports stamped - passports are available at all Drinking with Lincoln stops. A completed passport will give travelers an opportunity to buy a drinking with Lincoln t-shirt from the Red Rooster Brew Werks & Distilling. This is a fun trail that we hope will encourage people to travel to all of the spots on their passport. From Vandalia to Petersburg, there are 13 stops on the Drinking with Lincoln trail. Breweries, distilleries, places to eat, even places to stay. As you explore the trail, you're not just sampling drinks; you're connecting with the spirit of exploration and camaraderie that Lincoln himself embodied.
